missingWrote a review on Oct 11modern vibedecent facilitiesupkeep issues
The lobby has a modern vibe with sleek decor, making it a nice spot to unwind. The business center offers decent facilities, providing a solid environment for work tasks.
However, upkeep issues hurt the stay. the AC unit in my room never stopped running and was surprisingly loud. Doors seemed finicky and didn’t always lock properly, which is unsettling. Shower issues included taking forever to warm up and barely getting hot, which was disappointing for a ninth-floor room. Plus, the mini fridge couldn’t hold any leftovers, and the lobby had an unpleasant weed smell. Also, parking was an extra charge, leaving a sour taste considering the garage had broken gates. A lack of continental breakfast felt like a missed opportunity, especially compared to other hotels.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, particularly Felix, who brought a vibrant energy to check-in and ensured all my needs were met. The room was remarkably comfortable, encouraging relaxation after a long workday. Additionally, the environmental initiatives with the herbal collection of soap and shampoo were a refreshing change.
The noise from a nearby bar disrupted my sleep.

It was just a smart choice for a transient stop in Waterbury, great for the money. Tim at the front desk was very kind and eager to help make up for a few issues I had during my stay. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a room away from the Latino bar nearby.

Better seating options in common areas would help.
